The site is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Their systems may process your IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information, response status and security signals to deliver, stabilise and protect the service.

Purpose: delivery, stability, abuse prevention and security. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a secure publication.

Operational and security logs are retained only for the period needed for delivery, abuse prevention, incident response and applicable legal obligations, according to the providers’ documented retention schedules. We do not use server logs to build advertising profiles.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you actively accept analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Analytics may process online identifiers, IP-derived location, browser and device information, visited pages, referrer information and interactions with stories and tools. It may set _ga and _ga_* cookies. The purpose is to understand readership and improve the publication. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 165(3) TKG 2021.

Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled. We do not send pasted advert text, submitted marketplace URLs, VINs, vehicle-identifying information or free-form tool content to Google Analytics.

GA4 user-level and event data are retained for no longer than 14 months. Depending on the recipient and context, transfers outside the EEA rely on an applicable adequacy decision, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients, or Standard Contractual Clauses. Your analytics choice and its timestamp are stored locally in this browser for up to 12 months, unless you change it earlier or clear browser storage. It is not used as a user identifier.

Rejecting analytics does not restrict access. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time. Withdrawal applies for the future.

Change cookie preferences

Text pasted without marketplace links is analysed in your browser. If you submit a supported marketplace URL, the URL is sent to our server for a one-time request of the publicly available advert. Phrase matching runs on the server; only matched phrases, short contextual excerpts and a reading status return to your browser.

The URL, extracted page and result are not added to an application database, and the response is marked no-store. Ordinary request metadata may still appear in the operational logs described above. Do not paste private correspondence, identity documents, payment information or unnecessary personal data.

The DSG identifier and drive-home checker process answers in your browser. They do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. With analytics consent, only limited event categories such as tool name, result category and completion may be sent to Google.

Car Inspection Austria is a paid commercial service operated by Denis Komissarov. After analytics consent, FE/WD may record that a commercial link was followed, including its destination path and campaign label. Tool input is never included. Destination websites process requests under their own privacy policies.

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, withdraw consent and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests may be sent to denkomissarov@gmail.com.
